May I ask for your justification for prohibiting cell phone photography?
Cellphones usually do not provide high quality photographs.
That generalization grows weaker by the day. What of the thousands they do provide?
Sorry I would submit to the correct folder but none of the folders allow me to submit anything.
The adjustments have been made, submissions to folders should be working now.
